Set up Gmail once. Bookings from train companies and airlines come to us automatically. We check each journey after you travel and email you if you're owed money. We never see the rest of your inbox.
You can still upload your tickets on the main page.
Forward any ticket or booking email to the address below. We'll reply with what you're owed, usually within a minute.
To forward automatically, use Gmail on a computer. The Gmail phone app doesn't have these settings. It takes about 3 minutes.
Gmail now sends us an email to check the address is real. Enter your Gmail address to get the confirmation from it.
Back in Gmail's Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab, refresh the page. Make sure Disable forwarding is still selected, so your other emails stay with you. Only the filter in the next step sends anything to us.
That's it. From now on, bookings from these companies come to us automatically.
To stop at any time, delete the filter in Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses.
